Time:     29 January, 03:00 PM (IST)

 Series:   PSL T20 Match
Venue:   National Stadium – Karachi, Pakistan

 Info:

  • Mohammad Rizwan was the only player to hit a half-century in the tournament opener against Karachi Kings. He is a strong choice for Multan Sultans’ highest run scorer in this game. With the ball, Imran Tahir took 3-16 on Thursday and is our tip for Multan Sultans’ top wicket taker against Lahore Qalandars.
  • Fakhar Zaman is a talented opener with a fine T20 record. He is our pick for Lahore Qalandars’ highest run scorer against Multan Sultans. Shaheen Afridi is one of the best pace bowlers on the planet and is well worth backing as Lahore Qalandar’s top wicket taker in this match.
  • As he has been in such good form for the past 12 months, we are predicting Mohammad Rizwan to take the Player of the Match Award.

 Team News:

 MUL Team News:

  • Mohammad Rizwan’s team were swift out of the blocks on Thursday and put in an excellent performance with both bat and ball. Rovman Powell hit a century for West Indies on Wednesday and will still be in Barbados for this game but will join up later in the competition. There are no injuries in the Multan Sultans squad.

 LAH Team News:

  • Shaheen Afridi’s side lost their last four games and finished out of the play-off positions in spite of finishing level on points with 2nd placed Multan Sultans. Once again, the Qalandars have recruited a strong side although they will be without England’s Phil Salt and Harry Brook who are currently in Barbados with the national side.
