 WI-W vs PAK-W Tips, Stats & Team for Today Match Prediction

 Match:  WI-W vs PAK-W ODI Team Prediction
 Time:   07 July, 07:00 PM (IST)

 Series:: 1st ODI Match
 Venue:  CCG, Antigua and Barbuda.

 Info:

  • Shamilia Connell was on fire in the T20I series. Pakistan batsmen looked very uncomfortable against her. She can be backed as West Indies’ top wicket-taker in the match.
  • Nida Dar is the most experienced Pakistan batsman. She didn’t do much in the T20I series but a lot is expected of her in ODIs. We are backing her as a top Pakistan batsman.
  • Given the way, Pakistan batsmen have faired on the tour. We expect them to score below 200 if they bat first. If West Indies bat first, a team score of above 220 is a good bet.

 Winning Chances:

Who will win today match: WI-W vs PAK-W  ODI Fantasy Team
West Indies were brilliant in the T20I series. Their bowlers were on the money while batsmen were in decent form. Pakistan, on the other hand, struggled with the bat. Pakistan will need a mammoth effort to get past West Indies. West Indies women are favourites to win.

 Team NEWS:

 WI-W Team News:
Playing Combination:
  • West Indies Women scored a total of 136-run batting first and posted a solid ten-run win. Almost all of their batsmen played little cameos and while Windies would have liked at least one of those batsmen to score big, those little cameos proved to be of vital importance to take West Indies to a challenging total. Their bowlers then did a remarkable job to keep Pakistan Women down to just 126. Hayley Matthews top-scored for them with a 28-ball 32. With the ball, it was Shamilia Connell who led the way for Windies. She picked up three wickets for 21 runs in four overs.
 PAK-W Team News:
Playing Combination:
  • Pakistan Series had the best chance to seal the deal in their second match of the series, but the weather and some poor batting at the death left them a bit too far from the target they needed to get as per the Duckworth Lewis method. When the match was called off, Pakistan needed 23 runs in two overs and had four wickets at their disposal. They had a couple of set batsmen at the crease, who both should have started to attack a bit earlier than they did. While Pakistan Women lost that game, it certainly gave them the belief that beating West Indies Women in West Indies is possible. Now, they’ll be taking that belief into the ODI series, hoping for better results.
